Thank you, Secret Santa!

This is my first year participating in the Book Blogger Holiday Swap, but it won’t be my last. I had a blast putting together a box for my recipient, and today, I had the pleasure of opening a box from my Secret Santa, Erin from Erin Reads.

A big thanks to Erin for filling my box with Orangey goodness! Her card said:

“The book in your box is one of my favorites, even though it’s not an Orange Prize Book. I had to get it for you from your wish list. I hope you love it! I tried to work the Orange Prize theme into the other items instead….”

I’ve always eyed this holiday event, but missed the enrollment deadline or forgot about it. This year, however, I made sure to sign up right away. What am I talking about? The Book Bloggers Holiday Swap, of course!

The Book Bloggers Holiday Swap is an opportunity for book bloggers to be Secret Santas to other bloggers. In its fourth year, the swap encourages bloggers to share some literary love with each other.
